What I build when nobody asks.

A startup, a handheld operating system, a horror game and an open source repo. Each one started because I wanted the thing to exist.

The salency.ai home page: the institutional memory for revenue teams, beside a generated account brief

Startup · co-founded · building

Salency

A memory layer between sales call notetakers and the CRM. It pulls pains, objections, contradictions and commitments out of every call, with a citation for each, so the rep who inherits an account reads the whole story.

My first go at founding, with a small team.

Bramley

An Apple inspired system for the TrimUI Brick handheld, forked from NextUI. A home screen with Continue Playing, a game library, a music player with audiobook bookmarks, a lock screen and iPad style Settings.

The launcher now starts in about 650 ms instead of 940, and if it fails to start twice, stock NextUI opens so a bad build never locks you out.

收舖 Closing Time

A small horror game that runs in the browser: closing time at a Hong Kong cha chaan teng in 1989, in Cantonese, Chinese and English.

Built as a sales demo for game and 3D studios, with Viggle's own tools: two characters each made from a single image, scripted moves from text, and scenes rebuilt from panoramas.

outbound-gates

Checks that stop an AI agent from sending a bad or duplicate cold email: a draft gate for unsourced numbers and banned phrases, and an account gate for CRM history. The demo runs offline against a mock CRM. Nothing in it sends email.
